John Finch's Compact Speedcar - posted 24 September, 2009
John Finch trying to locate his Compact Speedcar which he built and raced in the late 60's early 70's. John sold the car to Wayne Pearce but he cannot remember who he sold it to. Allen Skene has told John that he thinks a guy by the name of Robert Wright might have owned and driven the car at Newcastle some time ago. The car had a Fiat motor in it. Allen also stated that the car might have been painted black & had either #98 or #18 on the tail. John thinks Robert Wright might have lived in Beatrice St, Auburn NSW at the time.
